Our company has analyzed and studied in details the mono-screw pump made in China and abroad( as in Germany, Italy and USA etc. ), adopted the features from those and developed a new generation of this product. For this-series rotor, it is selected the foreign rubber to resist temperature 150℃ with double thermal-insulation layers on the rotor. After the pump shut down and before restart, only in certain time to lead in steam, it can completely melt the medium in the pump chamber to avoid the case, when the medium viscosity is too high, start up cannot be done. This series is of features in a strong adaptability to medium, stable flow, little pressure pulse and high self-adorptivity etc.
Performance range: Q= 2.4～100 m3/h; pressure 0.6～2.4 MPa; applicable range of medium viscosity 1～200000 mm2/s.
