Mr. ZHANG Mingyu is Board President and General Manager of Liaoning Hengxing Pump-Industry Co., Ltd., China, he is also an expert at the pump trade in China, being National Model Worker, Senior Engineer, deputy to the 8th, 9th and 10th Liaoning-Provincial People’s Congress, he has received 12 National Patents and the titles of Star Entrepreneur/Advanced Worker of National “ Spark “ Plan and Industrialist in Science-Technology in Liaoning Province etc., enjoying the special financial aid from the State Council, China.
  Mr. ZHANG Mingyu has been engaged in the pump industry for over 30 years and successfully developed the pumps of Roots LC, Asphalt LQB, Vane TCB, Viscous Oil TLB and Vane for Highly Viscous Mediums to meet the domestic demands. And Viscous-Oil Pump TLB has won Grade-2 Science-Technological Prize from the Machine-Building Ministry and got chosen Grade-3 Prize of National “ Spark “ Plan by the National Committee of Science-Technology, “ New Critical Product at National Level “ chosen by he Machine-Building Ministry; the Viscous-Oil Pump TLB was also listed as a key project during the “ 7th Five-Plan “ in Research in  China; the Sliding-Vane Pump TCB got chosen as the “ New Critical Product at National Level in 2001 “ by the National Economic-Trade Committee and won “ Pay-Off Prize in Science-Technology “ from Liaoning Department of Science-Technology; “ Grade-3 Prize of 5th Excellent Products of Liaoning Province “ and Golden Medal of Patent in Liaoning Province, China.
  He published research papers, the “ Design of Roots Oil Pump Curve “ was published in the “ Water-Pump Technology “ issued by the Shenyang Water-Pump Research Institute, China; “ Study and Design of Viscous-Oil Pump TLB Sealings “ was published in the “ Hydromechanics “; additionally, he is also a draftsman of the national standard of “ Rotor-Type Viscous-Oil Pump Used in Oilfields “ in China.
